Charlotte Friedrich
Charlotte supports creatives, entrepreneurs, and changemakers, as well as innovative teams and businesses to live, work, and create from a greater sense of flow by aligning with the cyclical rhythms of nature – daily, monthly, and seasonally.
She is a certified Menstruality Mentor and graduate of Red School's acclaimed Menstruality Leadership Programme and holds a MSc with distinction in wellbeing psychology and a BA in Business Psychology, with a focus on organisational and personnel development. Charlotte has specialised training in a variety of wellbeing modalities including hormonal health, women’s yoga therapy and self-care, and chronobiology.
Prior to founding her own wellbeing practice, Charlotte worked in international HR and development roles with a leading global creative consultancy in Europe. At home in Tāhuna, Queenstown, she leads her wellbeing practice (online) and consult to award-winning wellness retreat centre Aro Hā.
When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her somewhere in nature: exploring one of Aotearoa’s many scenic walks or foraging for seasonal foods.
Charlotte will be co-facilitating the Sustainable Periods masterclass at the Wao Summit 2024.
