Aaron Thulé
Aaron Thulé (originally from California) has held positions across the public, private and not-for-profit spheres.
He graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Political Economy and holds a career focus in community development. He's worked on political campaigns, for law firms, and with disaster relief efforts. After sailing to New Zealand from San Francisco, he quickly found work for the Ministry of Education in Whangarei. However, the pandemic led him to Wānaka where he now lives with his partner and works for the not-for-profit Wao looking at how to successfully transition communities to a more sustainable future, with a large focus on the building sector.
Aaron will be facilitating events throughout the Better Building Day Wānaka at the Wao Summit 2024.
