Friday 30th October

In a full day tour, travelling to Walter Peak Station on board the TSS Earnslaw, followed by a tour across the Wakatipu Basin to meet the growers, producers, academics, researchers and change makers building stronger local food systems. Explore food sovereignty, soil health, food security, education, and innovative food initiatives while discovering how local action can create lasting impact.
