Campbell McNeill
Campbell, Director at ahha Architecture, views architecture as a powerful tool for shaping spaces and fostering the exchange of knowledge.
With over 12 years in the industry, he is dedicated to improving urban environments and creating impactful housing solutions on a large scale. Campbell's career spans both practice and academia, encompassing the design, development, and facilitation of urban projects, as well as educating future architectural designers.
Campbell's experience includes master-planning urban regeneration projects in the UK, managing the technical aspects of construction, and refining the details of individual homes. He believes that the best results emerge from combining thoughtful design with efficient execution. By collaborating with others, Campbell strives to drive transformative change and create regenerative spaces for all.
Currently, Campbell leads the Ecology and Health + Wellbeing portfolios within ahha’s Impact Framework and is pursuing training in the International Well Building Standard. He is also developing a site-specific approach to ecological enhancement.
Campbell is involved in the Integrated Design and Circularity Masterclass in both Wānaka and Queenstown’s Better Building Days at the Wao Summit 2024.
