The tour is likely to be held at Kidds Bush (northern end of Lake Hāwea) but the final location will be confirmed closer to the date.

Allow approximately 45 minutes from Wānaka to Kidds Bush. Drive towards Makarora on the Haast Pass Makarora road (Hwy 6), near the Neck, turn right onto Meads Road/Hunter Valley, drive another 5km/10 minutes to Kidds Bush Reserve Campsite. David, Hamiora and a Wao representative will be waiting there before heading into the forest at 12pm.
